- Confirm details: Before scheduling production, we will confirm with customers the aluminum alloy, processing technology, specifications, coating type and thickness, color and other details of the aluminum sheet required for the sandwich panel
- Production preparation: Hanchen Metal will write customer requirements into the contract, prepare aluminum substrates, customize paint colors, and produce color-coated aluminum coils according to design requirements to ensure that all specifications are within tolerance
- Quality inspection: After production, we will perform quality inspections on the coating adhesion, dimensional deviation, color difference, and thickness deviation of the color coated aluminum coil to ensure that it meets the design requirements and ASTM standards.
