Products Description Of Colored Aluminum Coil
3004 Colored Aluminum Coil is a high-performance metal material made of 3004 aluminum-magnesium-manganese alloy as the base material and through surface color coating (such as fluorocarbon paint or polyester coating). It is lightweight, corrosion-resistant, high-strength and beautiful, and is widely used in construction, transportation, packaging and other fields. It is an ideal substitute for traditional color steel and galvanized aluminum coils.
The main components of 3004 colored aluminum coil are aluminum, manganese and magnesium, of which the content of manganese is 0.8-1.3% and the content of magnesium is 0.8-1.3%. It has strong corrosion resistance and flexibility, which makes 3004 have good plasticity during cold processing and significantly improves the tensile strength compared with 3003.
The mechanical properties of 3004 aluminum sheet are tensile strength σb (MPa): 150~285, elongation δ10 (%): 1~16.
