PVDF Introduction
PVDF (Polyvinylidene Fluoride) refers to vinylidene fluoride (VDF) homopolymer or copolymer of VDF and other small amounts of fluorinated vinyl monomers. PVDF has a complex crystal structure, mainly composed of three crystal forms: α, β, and γ. The melting point ranges from 160℃ to 175℃, the initial thermal decomposition temperature is higher than 340℃, and the long-term use temperature range is -40℃ to 150℃.

When the PVDF resin component reaches 70% in the system, the overall color is the best among all samples, and the color distribution is relatively uniform, without obvious uneven color distribution. When the PVDF resin component content is low (40-60%), the coating has poor air permeability during the curing process, and bubbles are difficult to discharge, resulting in surface wave defects such as shrinkage. In terms of film thickness testing, the coloring effect will become better and better as the PVDF resin content increases, and the coating bending performance will also be greatly improved.
