The storage of paint plays a key role in the quality of color-coated aluminum coils. Proper storage of paint can not only extend its service life, but also ensure the coating quality and performance of color coated aluminum coils. When storing paint, you need to pay attention to the storage environment, the sealing of the container, the batch storage production date and other matters:

Pay attention to the storage environment
The paint should be stored in a dry and ventilated indoor environment to avoid direct exposure to sunlight. The temperature is controlled at 5℃~35℃, and the humidity is maintained at 50%~70% to avoid excessively high or low temperature and humidity causing paint deterioration or stratification
Pay attention to sealing
The paint must be stored in the original sealed metal container and should be immediately closed after use to prevent solvent evaporation and paint deterioration.
Pay attention to zoning management
Store the paint in the designated paint storage area, store it separately according to different types and batches, and keep it clearly marked.
Avoid heavy pressure
Avoid stacking to prevent damage or leakage to the barrel.
Check the expiration date regularly
Check the production date and shelf life of the paint regularly (usually 6 to 12 months), and give priority to using products that are close to the expiration date to avoid expired paint affecting the use effect. For paints that have been stored for a long time, stir them evenly before use to ensure consistent paint performance.
