During the cold rolling process of aluminum coil, due to the friction and rolling between the roller and the surface of the aluminum plate, fine aluminum oxide powder will fall off and adsorb on the surface. Rolling oil and its accompanying suspended components will remain on the surface of the aluminum coil, causing adverse effects on the processing of finished products such as aluminum coil lamination and coating. During tension bending and straightening, due to the severe bending deformation of the strip on the roller, a portion of the tension applied to the strip is converted into pressure on the tension roller, and ultimately forms friction, driving the roller group. If the surface of the aluminum oxide roll is not cleaned and the aluminum oxide powder falls off during deformation, it will adhere to the surface of the tension roller with oil stains, causing wear on the roller surface and causing slight damage to the aluminum plate. Therefore, special cleaning devices must be used for cleaning.
Aluminum coil cleaning is the use of a pressure pump to pressurize the cleaning medium, perform non-contact spraying or contact brushing on the surface of the strip, dissolve the aluminum powder and oil stains on the material surface, and fall off into the cleaning medium. After being squeezed dry by a squeezing roller, high-pressure air blowing, and even high-temperature air drying, the clean and dry aluminum coil is obtained. At the same time, by continuously supplementing the cleaning medium and using it simultaneously with the online circulating filtration system, the cleaning medium is maintained in sufficient quantity and cleanliness, and greatly saves heat energy and cleaning medium. At present, the commonly used cleaning media for tension bending and straightening machines in the aluminum coil processing industry include cleaning agents (or solvent oil), softened hot water, and chemical solvents.
