Operation control technology has a great influence on the physical properties and surface quality of colored aluminum coils. From the perspective of production process analysis, production control technology focuses on prepocessing, painting coating, and curing.
Precautions for coating process

In order to ensure the coating quality of colored aluminum coils, the substrate surface must be pretreated before coating to increase the adhesion between the substrate and the coating, improving the corrosion resistance of the substrate and the durability of the coating.
Process Precautions: Be careful to clean the anti-rust oil, rust spots, dust, etc. attached to the surface of the substrate to avoid burrs, spots, sand holes, bubbles and other surface defects on the surface of the coated aluminum coil.
The painting coating of colored aluminum coils is to apply the primer, topcoat and backcoat to the substrate surface by roller coating and use heating and curing to evaporate the organic solvent of the coating so that the organic coating is closely combined with the substrate.
Process Precautions: When painting, the relative speed ratio of the coating roller, paint lifting roller, metering roller and substrate must be controlled within a certain range. The viscosity range of the coating must be set according to the film thickness of different paints and coating products. During the operation, technicians must always pay attention to the constant temperature control of the coating room and paint mixing room to ensure the stability of the paint viscosity.


In the processing of colored aluminum coils, curing is a key process. After the paint is applied to the aluminum sheets, it needs to be heated to evaporate the solvent in the wet coating, and at the same time, the organic matter undergoes polymerization or cross-linking reaction under the action of the catalyst.
Process Precautions: The curing temperature is generally set at 200-300â. Curing technicians must control the oven as required and must not change it arbitrarily, otherwise it will seriously affect the color difference and performance of the coated products.
