1、 Air strip and slag inclusion
Possible reasons for this during casting and rolling include not strictly implementing the production process (inadequate refining), inadequate degassing outside the furnace (leakage from the degassing box), inadequate aluminum water treatment, unclear filtration effect (the filter box cannot be used normally), and excessive air moisture.
Rectification measures: Conduct one-time feeding, apply covering agent according to the operating process, strengthen refining, solve the problem of air leakage in the degassing box, clean the aluminum water, and add filtering devices to ensure that the aluminum water is filtered.
2、 Elongated small fissure
Possible causes on casting and rolling: nozzle skin damage or damage
Rectification measures: If there are any of the above issues with the nozzle skin, immediately break the board to ensure that the nozzle skin is intact during production.
3、 Black stripe
