1. Chemical composition: Aluminum alloy has improved many aspects of performance due to the addition of alloying elements, and the addition and ratio of different alloying elements have a great impact on the performance of the material. Therefore, the requirements of relevant technical standards or technical protocols must be strictly followed.

2. Internal structure: mainly includes the size, morphology and distribution of grains. The number, size and distribution of the second phase. The amount, size and distribution of metal and non-metal inclusions. Distribution of porosity and gas content, internal cracks and other continuity defects. Metal ripples and streamlines should comply with the relevant requirements of technical standards or technical agreements.

3. Surface quality: In accordance with the requirements of relevant technical standards, the internal and external surfaces should be clean, smooth, and consistent in color. Achieve a certain smoothness. There should be no cracks, abrasions, scratches and corrosion marks, and there should be no bubbles, pores, spots, pockmarks, waves, etc.

5.
