Our color-coated aluminum coils mainly adopt the two-coating and two-baking roller coating process
Coil Preparation: High quality aluminum coil raw materials are the foundation of production, and each coil of aluminum must undergo strict weighing and quality testing before being put into production to ensure that it meets production standards
Unwinding: The weighed aluminum coils are put into the uncoiler for uncoiling to prepare for subsequent processing. After uncoiling is completed, the aluminum coil enters the pretreatment stage.
Pre-treatment: Pretreatment includes degreasing, washing, light extraction, re-washing, drying, passivation and re-drying.This step is the key to ensuring the quality of color-coated aluminum coil products.
Painting: After the pretreatment is completed, the aluminum coil enters the coating stage. This stage is the core link in forming the decorative effect of roller-coated aluminum. The coating process uses an advanced four-roller coating process, including film fixing roller, a pick-up roll, a transfer roll and a coating roll.
Baking and cooling: After the coating is completed, the aluminum coil needs to go through a drying and cooling process. This step is to allow the coating to cure and adhere to the aluminum plate better, ensuring the durability and stability of the product.
Quality inspection and Recoil: We have carried out strict quality control on every production link to ensure that the products meet high standard quality requirements. Aluminum coils that pass the inspection will be coated and rolled to protect the coating from damage and facilitate subsequent transportation and use.
Quality Inspection
To test whether the quality of color aluminum coils meets the standards and meets customer needs, mainly testing the surface quality of color aluminum coils including coating thickness, gloss, color, adhesion, etc. Common colored aluminum coil inspection methods include:
Substrate thickness measurement, Coating film thickness test, MEK test, Gloss test, T-bend, Pencil hardness test, Coin scratch test, reverse impact test.

Color Coated Aluminum Coil Process
Used in metal roofing system, aluminum sandwich panels,aluminum ceilings, aluminum honeycomb panels, ACP sheets and so on.
Our Package and Stock
The packaging methods of thermal insulation aluminum coils are generally divided into two types, one is wooden pallet packaging and iron sheet packaging. Wooden pallet packaging is our common export packaging.We usually add a lining paper core to prevent the aluminum coil from deforming or bending due to extrusion. At the same time, in order to prevent moisture from entering and causing corrosion and discoloration of the aluminum coil, we use plastic cloth and kraft paper for protection and pack it tightly with thick paper s. After packaging, the packaged aluminum coil is placed on the wooden pallet to prevent it from getting damp.
Painted aluminum coils should be stored in a dry, ventilated, clean and tidy indoor environment. Avoid outdoor storage and storage in places prone to condensation and large temperature changes. The floor of the storage site should be flat, free of hard objects, and have sufficient load-bearing capacity. At the same time, there should be enough space for lifting equipment. Horizontal aluminum coils should be placed on rubber pads, brackets and other devices as much as possible, with the strap lock facing upwards. The placement should be arranged reasonably for easy access and to minimize unnecessary movement.
