The specific installation precautions are as follows:
1. Before installation, be sure to clean the pollutants on the aluminum roof panels to avoid panel corrosion.
2. During installation, pay attention to the flatness of the panels and ensure that there is no bending or deformation.
3. The aluminum roofs overlap each other with a crest, so that they will be more solid and will not leak.
4. When installing roof panels, it is best to use anchors to help keep them flat, and there should be no gaps between the panels.
5. When installing the first plate, it needs to be installed according to the control line to maintain the parallelism of the plate and prevent the plate from scalloping.
6. Whether the installation of the slats meets the requirements is the basis for ensuring the flatness of the panels,the aluminum roof should be installed according to the spacing of the purlin. In order to avoid different spacing of the bolts, it is necessary to mark the aluminum panels and fix them on the purlin.
7. The installation order of the aluminum roof panels needs to be from high to low and from the middle part to the edge part. The connection method needs to be from low to high. After the starting line of the floor is installed, need to choose self-tapping nails to fasten both ends before installing the second board and mark it to facilitate checking whether there is any deviation in the board.
8. Each step of the installation of the aluminum roof panel needs to meet the design requirements. If it cannot be met, it needs to be adjusted in time and fully tightened.

Material preparation

According to the design drawings and project requirements, choose the appropriate aluminum plate to use (aluminum plates usually use two types: high standing seam 65-430 and short standing seam 25-430, and the thickness can usually be 0.7mm, 0.8mm, 0.9mm, 1.0mm and 1.2mm. The color and surface treatment of the aluminum roof panel can be customized according to the building requirements.
Purlin system
Purlin is a building material used to support the shape and fix the structure. For different roof structures (such as flat roofs, sloped roofs, curved structures, etc.), select appropriate keel materials (such as galvanized steel, aluminum alloy) and specifications. Fixing parts and auxiliary materials

Installation Process
Installation of purlins
During the installation of aluminum roof panels, the installation of keels not only affects the stability and safety of the roof panels, but also directly affects the service life and performance of the entire roof.
Before installing the purlin, it is necessary to lay out the line and position it to ensure that the position of each keel meets the design requirements and avoid installation errors caused by inaccurate positioning.
Hoist the cut keel to the work surface and accurately locate the installation position of the keel. The installation of the keel must be strictly placed according to the position of the design drawing to ensure that the center line of the component is on the same horizontal plane and horizontal up and down.
After the purlin is installed in place, it is welded and fixed. When welding, it is necessary to ensure that the weld is well formed, and the weld length and weld leg height meet the design requirements and construction specifications.
When installing the purlin, it is necessary to ensure flatness and verticality to avoid deformation or leakage of the roof panel due to uneven installation.
Installation Of Bottom Sheet
The bottom sheet is installed in the longitudinal direction. Before installation, the material needs to be laid out according to the diagram and the sheet area is marked. The bottom sheet is installed from bottom to top along the vertical direction of the purlin and is fixedly connected to the steel frame purlin using self-tapping nails with rubber rings.

Waterproof breathable membrane laying
The waterproof breathable membrane is laid on the roof according to the requirements of the drawings. During the specific laying process, the slope surface needs to be perpendicular to the slope direction.
T-type aluminum alloy Support installation
The T-Type aluminum alloy support is a load-bearing component that transfers the roof load to the purlin to prevent it from loosening or falling off due to natural factors such as wind, rain and snow. The quality of the aluminum alloy support directly affects the wind resistance of the roof panel.
3003/3004 Aluminum roofing Panels Installation
Before installing the aluminum roof panel, check the installation quality of the support again to ensure that it meets the installation requirements of the aluminum roof panel before installing the panel.
3003/3004 aluminum roof panels are installed on fixed brackets. The installation lock of the aluminum roof panel can well prevent rainwater leakage. The lock is tight and does not require nails or glue, and the appearance is beautiful.

Tear off the film
In the construction process, the construction specifications and safety operating procedures must be strictly followed to ensure construction safety and quality.

The film should be removed in time after the aluminum roof construction is completed. The transparent film needs to be removed within 10 days, and the non-transparent film within 15 days. If it is not removed in time, the surface film is prone to weathering, causing the roof to be unsightly.
