The low inventory provided support for aluminum prices, and the aluminum price fluctuation range was CNY20100-CNY20350/Mt.The SMM imported bauxite index was reported at US$71.20/Mt, up US$0.36/Mt from the previous trading day. Mainly due to the interruption of Guinea bauxite supply, some market quotations rose sharply compared with the previous period, driving the SMM imported bauxite index to rebound. The average CIF price of SMM Guinea bauxite was reported at US$70/Mt, the same as the previous trading day. The average CIF price of SMM Australian low-temperature bauxite was reported at US$70/Mt, the same as the previous trading day. The average CIF price of SMM Australian high-temperature bauxite was reported at US$65/ton, the same as the previous trading day.

Twice coating and Twice Baking Process
Primer coating (first coat)
Painting: Epoxy paint or PE painting, providing corrosion resistance and coating adhesion.
Coating method: Roller coating can precisely controlling coating thickness
Baking and curing (first bake): The bake temperature usually is 200-250℃ and baking time about 30-60 seconds to form a dense primer layer.
Topcoat coating (second coat)
Painting type: PE or PVDF painting, providing color, gloss and weather resistance for colored aluminum coil.
Coating method: Roller coating
Baking and curing (second bake): Second bake temperature slightly lower than primer (180-220℃) to avoid overbaking, time 20-40 seconds.
