PE Coating for Colored Aluminum Coil
PE paint is a type of paint with polyurethane as the main film-forming substance. The paint film is bright and full with excellent wear resistance, excellent chemical corrosion resistance, oil resistance and solvent resistance.
Good color retention. PE paint has both protection and decorative properties and can be used for interior decoration coating.
Excellent adhesion. PE paint can be formulated into an excellent adhesive. However, for metal surfaces, the adhesion of polyurethane paint is slightly inferior to that of epoxy resin paint.
Excellent chemical resistance. PE coating has excellent chemical resistance, acid, alkali, salt solution, and petroleum products, so it can be used as maintenance coating for drilling platforms, ships, and chemical plants.

Storage conditions
1. Color coated aluminum coils should be placed in a dry place, so that the moisture in the air can be absorbed to avoid oxidation problems
2. Color coated aluminum coils packed with iron sheets should ensure that the humidity in the iron sheet is less than 18% and the temperature of the aluminum coils cannot be higher than 45°C
3. If it is suddenly transferred from a low-temperature area to a high-temperature area during storage, do not open the package immediately, because it is easy to oxidize
4. Do not place aluminum coils in a leaky and humid environment, as it is easy to oxidize
